Roxie CD Creator Not Working

I am running W2K and have installed Roxie Easy CD Creator 5 platinum. Windows Explorer doesn’t see my CD-R drive & when I try to copy a CD, I get an error message that Roxie cannot find a CD-R drive.
I have downloaded all the updates from the Roxiewebsite, I’m running it on a parallel cable. Any clues?
