RPC server

I am trying to kill a remote service with the Rkill command, but everytime i try i get two errors. First I get the Remote Procedure call is unavailable. RPC server is unavailable. The second error i get is RPC server is unavailable. The parameter isincorrect. Here is the command as i have it RKILL /NKILL \\”server” “process”. ANy help would be appreciated
