RPC Service would not start

The RPC service would not start everytime the server reboots. This started to happen after I applied a hotfix file. The server already has SP6a and Post SP6a Security Rollup package installed.

Dr. Watson reports an RPCSS.EXE access violation whenever I try to start the RPC service manually. The server is also a BDC with DNS and WINS services installed. Both DNS & WINS services would not start due to the inavility of RPC service to start.

Help!!! I need solutions please…
