RpcImpersonateClient call

I am receiving the folloing event in my event logs:

Event ID: 7005
Service Contol Manager

The RpcImpersonateClient call failed with the following error: no security context is available to allow impersonation.

The Microsoft knowledge base was not much help. Does anyone have more info as to where and why this event is being generated?
