RRAS autodial 4 client internet sharing?

I have a RRAS server that i use for incoming VPN connections. What i would like to also be able to do, is allow it to autodial an internet connection when ever a user on the network wants to connect to the internet.

Can anyone tell me how to accomplish this. Both what settings need to be created/changed on the server and the client.
