RRAS Dial-in

I have RRAS configured on my W2K server, I can successfully VPN into my network, but when I try to connect thru a dial-up connection via modem-modem, the server modem answers and the desktop displays Verifying username and password,then reports Disconnected Error 721: The remote computer is not responding.

Any ideas on what I can check with my settings. Thanks, Bill
