RRAS Problems…

Help me with these two! I got a Win2K server with all Win2K Pro clients. For some reason, I cannot use the DHCP server on my domain because my client computers cannot get any ip from the server. I have had to enter in static ips. Also, I need to have the RRAS working so that users can access the server either thru VPN or dial-up. I have a modem attached the the server and the server can dial out with it but when you call the modem the server will not answer. the modem is an ext. with AA set to 1. Also, I cannot seem to configure the RRAS. I disable the RRAS in the services in order to configure it but the menu link is grayed out? any ideas?
