RTConnectAgent Failed in InoculateIT

Windows NT 4.0 Server with MS Exchange 5.5.
InoculateIT Exchange Agent works and scans mailboxes, but gives me an error msg: “RTConnectAgent Failed”. If somebody knows how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance for your help.
