Run a program as a service under XP Pro

I have a customer running YIPOST so he can access his Dynamic-IP PC via the internet. It worked while I was on-site, but I have to go back to investigate a problem. I’m thinking that YIPOST isn’t running while he is logged out or if he reboots. Points for either getting this to work or some other alternative solution (besides paying for static IP)
