Run Time Error

I’m getting a lot of Run Time Error Do you want to debug? messages. I’m using Windows ME. If it happens on a site, it happens on every page. There are several error #s. If I say NO, it loads the page fine as far as I can tell. If I say Yes, it takesme to some sort of debugger. It often happens if I right click and open in a new window.
