Rundll32 Problem

Hi i recently had a virus, its been cleaned using AVG 6.0, But when i try to open any programs in win xp pro,It just says that the file is missing: “windows cannot find the file”

Anyone got any ideas, it driving me mad, i dont want to reistall windows, because i have got a lot of data on my drive that i cannot get back, and i dont have a writer at the moment
