rundll32

When i go into device manager on my dell latitude cpi and click on any device i get a rundll32 error (An error has occurred in your program. Either close or ignore.)

Then a rundll32 box opens and in details it says: rundll32 caused a general protection fault in module sysdm.cpl at 004:00000167
Any suggestions on how to fix this.
