Running Proxy Server 2.0 on Win 2000 ??

Hi,
Can I install & run Proxy Server 2.0(meant for NT Server 4.0 ) on a Windows 2000 Advanced Server ?
We’ll go in for the ISA Standard Edition Server but not now (due to cost saving).
