Running VPN on NT4,Client can’t log in..

I’m setting up a VPN on NT4.0 SP6, the install went well and I was able to get a test machine up and running last month. I’ve tried to set it up again using a different ISP, but now I’m having an error during the ‘client’ log in.

It seems to hang on ‘Registering your computer on the network’, then I get an error: ‘TCP/IP reported error 718:Timed out watinf for a valid response from the remote PPP peer’.
The client machine shows up in Server Manager.

Any ideas where to look.
