Same User profile everytime.

I am trying to annulate win2K?S annoying feature of having several user profiles depending upon the domains you log into and the local profiles you create.
I use w2k on 40 laptops, they do consultancy, they need to connect to other Domains to access the client resources. Everytime they are assigned to a new client (once every two or three months), it?s a config. drama.
How can a make ANY new profile be directed to my SAME local default profile? With their Outlook config, IE favourites, desktop, My documents, etc. I can?t keep on copying profiles, my HD isn?t that big and they have 3 o 4 gigs of docs. I want 98 back! This is hell and Microsoft doesn?t offer a real solution.
