Sasser virus removal tool strange action??

when I downloaded the patch KB835732-x86-ENU to prevent sasser from infecting my machines the download completed but when it starts it terminates in almost 1 second it disappears automatically without allowing me ti choose “I
agree” to install the patch what can I do?
