SATA on ASUS A7N8X Deluxe

Hello, I want to know wether it’s possible to run a single SATA Hdd by itself (ie without RAID) on my motherboard? Mobo – ASUS A7N8X Deluxe (revision 2.0, Bios ver 1008) Hdd – Seagate Barracuda 80Gb SATA
