Saving the Password

After cleaning a computer of the so-called matrix virus and reinstalling Windows98 Dial up networking allows the option of selecting the box for remembering the password but doesn’t remember it requiring re-entry for each dialup. I knew how to fix this in Windows 95 but not in Windows 98. Thanks.
