Saving *.wab files

Comments: Refer to your 01/07/02 Outlook Tips article on WAB’s,PAB’s and CAB’s. How does one save a *.WAB file in such a way that it can be re-installed after a reformat/reinstall of Windows and Outlook Express? I recently went through the reinstall process and tried to add my old windows address book file, but the program would not accept it. Also, is there anyway of reinstalling the previous email folders with their contents?
