SBS 2003 SHARING DRIVES

Hey Guys,
I recently setup SBS at a workplace, and i havn’t been able to figure out how to set up a drive that everyone has acess to.

i.e, a public drive (p:/) do i need to set up groups, or change something in the command code?

any help would be much appreciated!!
