Scheduling Automatic Dialling on NT

I would like to schedule automatic dialling to a remote NT server, with the objective of replication between the two Servers.

Could you tell me:
1. How can I get NT to automatically invoke the Dialler and to dial the remote Server.
2. does replication initiate automatically once connected, or do I have to giva an additional .cmd command to initiate dialling.
3. How do I ensure that the connection terminates after 5 mins of idle time?
