Scopy and Win2K

I used to use a program called Scopy to copy files along with the correct permissions from one server to another. However I have upgraded one of my servers to Win2K and now I can’t use the scopy command. Is there a Win2K resource kit that includes autility to accomplish this? Will it work when copying from a WinNT 4.0 server to Win2K?
