Screen Resolution Change Affects Popup

Hi– I set screen resolution down to 800×600 and then back to 1024. Now, the popup window size is only one small size. So for example, when printing out a Word doc (File — Print) the first window is fine (small), but hitting the “Advanced” tab inthat window presents another small popup that has most of the setting info cropped out. Happens regardless of appl. and is not tied to just printing. It could be any popup that needs a large window. Thanks for your thoughts!
