Screen size in W2K Terminal Server

Does anyone know of a way to set the screen size of the client to full screen or some percentage of the client screen? Either a Windows setting or a 3rd party app is ok by me. I am trying to avoid the scroll bars when using full screen (or 90-95%of the screen).
