script error

I have several win2k pro machines, and none of them can process java script properly, I’ve tried everything I can think of. Sites like yahoo games generate errors and can’t be accessed, yet on the 98 boxes there are no errors. I installed the MS jvm, I disabled ALL script related security features, I’ve disabled Norton AV script blocking, I’ve checked the MS knowledge base(nothing there), I installed the sun jvm, still nothing. When ,for example, I go to Yahoo, I get “runtime error:object expected do you wish to debug” plow through to get to a java applet and it just won’t load, “object expected”. Any help here greatly appreciated, this is more important for our little organization than one might think.
