Script to Add Printer

I am trying to come up with an easy way to add a printer to a customer’s machine. I connecting right to the IP address of the printer. I would like to use some sort of script where I can hard code the IP address, printer name, and driver name. Once the script it launched, it should connect to the IP address, copy the drivers, and install the printer. Any ideas?
