SCSI adapters shows array adapter twice

In Control Panel / SCSI Adapters, the array controller (“Adaptec Array 1000 Family Adapter”) is listed twice. There is only one installed (AAA-131) with a single array of 3 drives, so this seems odd.

The first listing shows device map of ScsiPort3 in Properties, with IRQ 10, I/O range 9400-94FF, memory range F4C01000-F4C01FFF. Array 0 is listed underneath.

The second listing shows as ScsiPort4, IRQ 10, I/O range 90000-90FF, memory range F4C00000-F4C00FFF and F5000000-F51FFFFF. Expanding the branch shows “No Devices”.

The drives are working fine, but “HP Library & Tape Tools” program gets stuck on this item. Any ideas?
