scsi hard drives

Hi everybody,

I have a 2940 u2w dual channel scsi controller. If I install one hard drive on there it would be ok but if I add a second hard drive to it, it would freeze up during post. When I go into the bios of the scsi controller, it sees the all the drives with correct ID’s. Does anybody know what’s going on?
