Scsi vs Ide

Hi,
Not sure which way to go…
I have a Windows computert(tower) that holds 6 Drives.It is a older computer (h.p. netserver 5/66). On the drives I would like to store drawing of all different sizes. This would be on a windows network. Is it better to go with Scsi drives or Ide drives?
