SEAGATE SATA DRIVE AND VISTA ISSUE

I have installed a 300GB Seagate ST3300622AS SATA HD in my PC. Unfortunately, only shows up in Device manager under the category “disk drives” but the drive is not present on the “My Computer” screen. How can I get the HD to show as a drive under “My computer”?. I reloaded all drivers and there are no conflicts. All looks good. This is my secondary drive. Help please…
