Searching for files by user

I am trying to maintain the disk utilization on my windows 2000 home system. Family members have their own directories but some programs leave files in a shared C: drive. I have placed quotas on the C: drive to limit the amount of junk that can accumulate there but the quotas are sometimes reached. I would like to do a search by FILE OWNER on the C: drive to clean it up. Can anyone tell me how?
