Second HD problem

I just had to reformat and install WinXP, now my second hardrive can’t open. I keep getting a message asking me if I want to format the drive? I had saved all my data on this drive before I had to reinstall Winxp and it was working fine, now I can’tsee anything. Also I installed my new video card and at 1024 I can’t get the window to fill up the screen. Again this worked before I had to reinstall Winxp. Also if I can get to my extra drive I saved all my e-mail and addresses and want to copy them back to my C drive, what is the best and easiest way. Because before I had my problem, I could not find the WAB files that held my e-mail addresses, how can I locate them, I tried all possible search methods. Please HELP!
