Security for Outlook Express

Is there a way to secure Outlook express so that the inbox, etc. is not available to anyone but the person it’s assigned to? I have a public machine that I had to place an email account on for one of my employees. Unfortunately, anyone who gets on the computer can look at her existing messages. (not download new ones) Can I block this?
