Security policy Win2k Advanced Server

We have removed all users including the Administrator from the “log on locally” and “log on Remotely” policy for the local machine. We then rebooted (mistake) and now are locked out from loging in. Is there Any way to solve this problem with out re-installing the OS. We can log into the Recovery Console which seems to work fine.

Any input to this question would be great. thank you.
