Security problems with Firefox & TechR

I tried several times to download papers from TechRepublic from aithin Firefox browser. But always got a message prompting for Login. I logged in, then tried to download, but always received the prompt to log in.

So, I turn to IExplorer, log in and got the download.

What can be wrong in the Firefox settings?
