Send a message from command line in W2K

Hi everybody,

I want to know whether I can send a message from command line in W2K or not. Are there any programs be able to do?

In UNIX system, I can use program(command) mailx to send a message from command line. How about Windows 2000?If you can give me a solution, I really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
