sending OUTLOOK 2000 custom forms outsid

We are trying to send out custom form to people outside the company. The form includes our address and our logo. We are able to send/receive within our domain, but when we use Exchange 5.5 to send outside the company, the address and logo will not appear. Any input would be appreciated.
