Server 2003 Problems with kernel mode drivers

Hi, i have a real problem with one of my 2003 servers. i have disabled kernel mode blocking for print drivers in both local and domain policies but this bloomin thing still thinks its blocked. I have sevral 2003 servers and all is fine with those so i know its a problem with this particular server. Does anyone know a registry fix to switch it off?
