server after restart print 15 / 25 page

my pc is:
board server intel se7500cw2 2x xeon 1.8
windows 2000 advance server servpack3
1 printer hp 1200n
1 hp 1200 jetdirect 500
1 hubswitch dlink 16 port
my question is:
when i restart the server the 1 printer print 5 page and other one print minimum 10 page maximun25 depend if long time i restart server.
I cancel all document each printer on server and whait 3 minute but when i put paper they continu print.how to stop that to restart server.Thank You marc
