Server Consolidation for Printers

Currently we are migrating data from old servers and trying to consolidate everything into one locale. I would also like to migrate my printers from different locales to one locale but yet be able to allow users to access specific printers according to their groups. Can anyone give advice on batch file scripts or anything to help.
