Server Manager (Invalid Binding Handle)

Using my Server Manager from Specific Clients, I receive an Invalid Bindig Error. The Server Manager Shortcutworks for My other administrators, and works for me on all but 2 Clients i use. Can someone please Enlighten me on the how’s and why’s of this problem. As well as the possible solution
