Server not appearing in server manager

I have a single domain with 13 servers on two segments, the PDC and BDC are running NT 4.0, two of the member servers are 2000 server the other members are NT 4.0. Only one of the servers cannot contact the PDC. It is not listed in serv er manager. Clients can connect to it. Other servers and can ping other servers to and from it.
