Server settings

Can anyone tell me how to retrieve all the server settings from my existing server, so that upon building a new server, I can re-configure it the same? The network and user settings are the only ones I can think of needing, but want to be sure and have everything in hard copy, so as to rebuild it correctly. Any ideas?
