Server Setup Error

When I try to install 2000 Server either by floppy or CD I get an error saying “Error on line 307 of inf, setup cannot continue”.

Has anyone encounted this before? I looked on MS website, no luck. I also looked though the INF file on disk, I don’t see anything unusaual in it.

I’m trying to install it on a Gigabyte MB, P3 1 gig CPU, 256Mb. ram. I have stripped it down to 1 floppy, 1 CD-rom, 1 HDD 10 gigs, video card and Nic.
