server slow to re-boot

Just upgraded 2 of 4 servers from NT to Win 2k and the PDC (Compaq Proliant 1600) takes over 2? hours to come back up when I do a re-start. It seems to get hung at Applying Computer Settings. The other server works just fine.

Does any one have any ideas why and how to solve this?
