service pack setup can’t open setup.log

After installing Service for Macintosh on my Small Business Server, we are ask to reinstall winnt service pack 6. After winnt SP6 extracts the installation file it can’t continue the installation due to the ff: “Service Pack setup cannot open or modify your setup.log file”. Please we need recommendation & suggestions ASAP. Thanks.
