Service Pack Upgrade

An NT WS has recently been rebuilt. The original .dll’s were all over written. When I try to upgrade from SP1 to SP4 or SP5 I get the following error.

CAPI: -The install failed. rsabase.dll being copied does not match the signature file or volume in registry.
will need further investigation.

How do I rectify this?
