Service.exe, lsass.exe using 100% of CPU

How can I stop my server from using 100% of the CPU? It experienced a RPC stop and after bouncing it the usage on service.exe and lsass.exe went through the roof. Is there anyway to correct this it takes forever to open anything. Any hep would beappreciated.
