setting “log on locally” in some computers in Domain

I want to set “Allow log on locally” on some systems in our domain.

So far what I’ve done is I created a new OU, moved the systems for which this setting has to be set into this new OU, modified the setting through GPO , but its not working. We do have other GPO setting working in the default domain policy, but its the first time we are deploying by having OU’s.
