Setting permissions on home folder

Scenario: We have an active directory structure with over 400 users. They are connected to their respective home folders by using connect to?Share/folder (this is set in user properties). Due to a former problem with one of our cluster servers we have lost the security and permissions settings for ALL users on all the home folders. Currently all users have full access to all home folders (because the group everybody needs to have full access). How can we set user permissions on their home folder without clicking our way through 400 users??
